Mowing
MCM Services uses high quality equipment that provides a pristine cut. With an eye for detail, we will leave your lawn looking the very best it can look. Quality over speed matters to us.
Contract
We can tackle that "honey to-do list" for you. Your needs might be as simple as hanging blinds or more complex such as converting an open porch to a closed-in screen porch to better suit your comfort desires. Your honey-do list will shrink with our help.
Maintenance
Flowerbeds, hedges, trees, fence repairs and staining, there always seems to be an exterior project to keep your curb appeal looking 100%. We can help take on those bigger jobs so your can love the way your home looks from the road.
General Pricing
Call to book our services. We will agree upon pricing prior to MCM Services starting any work. We try to avoid surprises with billing.

Mowing
Mowing prices varies on a many factors: Lawn Size, how much edging, riding vs push mowing, bagging grass... seems like a lot. These prices are where we start.
-Small yards start at $50
-Medium start at $80
-Large start at $110
-Oversized, acre+ properties start at $135

Maintenance
Those outside project; flower beds, shrubs, trees, fences and more... We will give you an estimate first. We might default to an hourly rate or we will agree upon price for a larger project. Creating an estimate is no charge.

Contract
Some jobs are small and an hourly rate will suffice. If we stay around a couple hours, great! For jobs that will turn into more than a couple hours, we will agree on an estimated price.

Estimates and Billing
Estimates are just that, an Estimate. If something does not go the way things were planned from either our customer point of view or our side with cost per our estimate agreement, we will do our best to communicate so to avoid surprises on the invoice.
With billing, we would rather work out a potential issue before it becomes a problem. We ask for our customers to be upfront with concerns so we have the opportunity to make things right.
